We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.

4. User Accounts

6.3 Generated Code and Fixes

Code fixes, pull requests, and other outputs generated by our AI Service are provided to you for your use. You own the rights to use, modify, and distribute such generated code in connection with your applications, subject to these Terms.

7. Payment and Fees

7.1 Subscription Fees

Access to certain features of the Service requires payment of subscription fees. Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, as selected by you. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by the Service, including AI-generated analyses and code fixes.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUP ASTORY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
